The interview training with Vimana experts gives you the chance of an individual and professional preparation for the last step on the way to your pilot training or employment as a pilot at an airline. The personal interview is often decisive, to whether the applicant will get a training- or working-contract offered or not.

Vimana’s exclusive performance characteristics is, to carry out individual one-on-one trainings,
with authentic interview situations in order to prepare you for the upcoming assessment situations.
The training includes :
- creating a personal profile based on a personality factor test among and other corresponding documents (ie. curriculum vitae)
- Absolving a 45 to 90 minute interview as an very authentic scenario by an active captain or assessment trainer
- a joint reconditioning of all components of the interview of the strengths and weaknesses in the feedback session after the interview
- integration of a video analysis of body language, articulation etc. during the interview to support the reflection within the feedback
- establishing a personal interview strategy for an optimal presentation of oneself in the selection process
